Real Estate Law

Attorney Lipton provides comprehensive legal representation and counsel to a wide range of clients involved in residential and commercial real estate matters. His clients include buyers, sellers, investors, property owners/managers, developers, landlords and tenants.

Business Law

Attorney Lipton provides services to start up, small and medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations in connection with a wide range of business related matters.

Estate Planning

Estate planning is the disposition or arrangement of the client's assets and affairs, in accordance with the client's wishes, in the best manner, to maintain and protect the family, both during the client's lifetime and after the client's death. A primary objective is to maximize the assets passing at the client's death by minimizing estate costs and by minimizing and/or eliminating the payment of estate and gift taxes.

Probate and Estate Administration

The loss of a loved one is difficult enough, without having to deal with the often complicated process of transferring the assets of the deceased. Attorney Lipton works with the family during the difficult time of administering the estate of the deceased and transferring assets to heirs.

Elder and Disability Law

The practice of elder and disability law is multi-disciplinary, encompassing housing needs, long-term care needs, financial needs, eligibility for public benefits and decision making in the event of incapacity. Quality of life issues and personal preferences are included in the planning process. Despite recent changes to laws placing more restrictions on planning options, with advanced planning, opportunities still exist to preserve and protect assets.
